Dear madam,
Recently, our company has booked a closet of this company, but the goods that we receive does not correspond with the order. There are some parts were broken and error color of the cabinets that our message.
We ordered the cabinet on the 2nd of January 2017. Then we immediately check the condition of the cabinet. It turns out there are parts that have been damaged, as part of the door could not be closed, the cupboard can not be locked and the most disappointing is the color of the cabinet. Parties of the company we booked brown closet but that comes in black.
We ask for immediate follow up the issue and immediately give orders in accordance with our message.
